1st & 3rd Saturday of the Month

Suze Rosser is a Brighton based artist, originating from Jersey, the Channel Islands. Playing alongside some of the most well established artists in the game (Derrick Carter, Jamie Jones, Heidi, Yousef, Pete Tong, Subb-an, Cassy, John Digweed, Groove Armada), Suze has been described as a ‘fantastic, discerning and a technically perfect DJʼ.

Her love for clubbing in her early teens forged her passion for DJing. She grew up on the Island of Jersey, and started out on the underground scene at the turn of the millennium. By 2005, she was running her own club night, ‘Hustle’, which was a huge success, whilst simultaneously working on various production projects in London.

2009 saw Suze make the permanent move to London, where she was collaborating and remixing for the likes of Ellie Goulding, and working on original material as part of Him&Her.

By 2010, Suze’s next female-driven project (Geisha) began, alongside DJ Lottie, which held residency at Cargo. Their nights around the UK and in Europe included a residency in Ibiza. Making her way into DJ Mag, featuring with other female artists to watch, Suze made her mark in the nation’s capital, playing at various clubs from Ministry of Sound, East Village, and Dalston Superstore to The Lift.

Unwilling to be pigeonholed, Suze’s sound is predominantly House – typically vocally infused, incorporating an array of differing styles – but is always about the groove, her influence spanning disco, to 80’s synth, to progressive.

Suze’s latest club project in Brighton, ‘Inspired Presents’, is already making

waves in the seaside town, and beyond – and has guested Groove Armada, Frankie Knuckles, Derrick Carter, Yousef, Steve Lawler, Audiojack and Dennis Ferrer – with more big names to come.

DJing Internationally (Singapore, Thailand, Mexico, Europe), the respect Suze has built up within the DJ industry is irrefutably evident. This year will see solo projects take shape, as well as her own Saturday prime time radio show on Brighton’s newest most talked about station 1 Brighton FM. A busy year ahead for this promising artist.
